There's been a little bit of desert romance in the Russian capital as the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi pays his first visit in more than twenty years. He brought his own tent and pitched it in the Kremlin grounds. The Arab charm appears to have worked, with Russia agreeing to create a joint free economic zone and an investment fund.
