The Egyptian army has deployed troops in Cairo's Tahrir Square and fired several shots in the air to disperse remaining pro-democracy protesters. A few hundred demonstrators were staying put, state television reported, showing army vehicles in the square and people taking down tents and canopies. Witnesses said one man fell due to gunfire near the square, and protesters reportedly were fleeing to the Omar Makram mosque nearby. Al Jazeera's Sherine Tadros, reports from Tahrir.

THIS IS NOT A FLEA MARKET! Its a Matsumoto tradition and a fine craft fair known across Japan! I have to say: There are no resellers here its all original hand made and one of a kind stuff. The Annual Craft Fair in Agata-no-mori on its traditional last weekend in May is always a really nice event with a pleasant atmosphere. Its a real family affair and child-friendly. There is plenty of space to sit down on the grass and have a picnic, and watch the world go by. This event seems to be getting bigger every year. There are many more vendors and the park is positively bulging with visitors looking for something special to take home. The stalls here offer everything you could possibly imagine at a craft fair and then some. Some things you might expect: the knick-knacks and trinkets, beads and bracelets, from toys to furniture, cloth, clothes and fabrics, incense, candles and one of kind hand bags and shoes. Would you expect to find a working metal smith or a glass blower? Right there! Need a straw brush or bamboo works, hand made fabrics and beautiful Japanese pottery, ceramics, glass and fine carpentry. I even saw a clock maker and some one of a kind hand made watches! Theres a tent for everyone. Not sure what to get for that impressive birthday gift? Look no further! Wander about and have a look around. You will need some yen though, bargains are few & far between. All of the craft workers here are professionals not hobbyists. Cash baby cash! As for food there are a few ...

Tea for three in Gaddafi`s tent
There's been a little bit of desert romance in the Russian capital as the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi pays his first visit in more than twenty years. He brought his own tent and pitched it in the Kremlin grounds. The Arab charm appears to have worked, with Russia agreeing to create a joint free economic zone and an investment fund.

The son of a pastor, Reinhard gave his life to the Lord at age nine, and heard the call to the African mission field before he was even a teenager. After attending Bible College in Wales, and his ordination in Germany he pastored a church and then went on to start missionary work in Africa. It was there, in the small mountain kingdom of Lesotho, that God placed upon his heart the vision of 'the continent of Africa, being washed in the precious Blood of Jesus' — an entire continent, from Cape Town to Cairo and from Dakar to Djibouti that needed to be reached and to hear the proclamation of the signs-following Gospel. He began holding meetings in a tent that accommodated just 800 people, but, as attendance steadily increased, larger and larger tents had to be purchased, until finally, in 1984, he commissioned the construction of the world's largest mobile structure — a tent capable of seating 34000 people! Soon, attendance at his meetings even exceeded the capacity of this huge structure, and he began open-air Gospel Campaigns with an initial gathering of over 150000 people per service! Since then, he has conducted city-wide meetings across the continent with as many as 1600000 people attending a single meeting using towering sound systems that can be heard for miles ...

Event Tents for Remediation
What is remediation?
Remediation can be defined as the process of removing pollutants and contaminants from environmental media such as soil, groundwater, sediment, or surface water in order to ensure human health and the environment from a Brownfield site proposed for redevelopment.
Now you may be thinking why I am talking about these environmental things as this article is all about event tents. Actually event tents play a major role in making this process happen. In general, remediation means dealing with toxic and hazardous chemicals. During the remediation process, the entire area should be completely blocked to prevent stop the spread of the hazardous chemicals. These event tents are meant to help in the remediation process as they can actually enclose large space of place.
Land remediation of the contaminated area can stop the spread of the hazardous chemicals on the immediate land environment.
The contamination of an area can be on surfaces only or it can also reach down to the water below the ground surface. There are large numbers of benefits that you can attain by employing event tents for remediation process. The size of the area doesn’t matter and there is no need for foundation. To stop the spread of the contamination from the air with the use of event tents can deliver an air tight enclosure for a negative air environment. The remediation process is needed for a contaminated land and it involves the removal of chemicals and other toxic substances in a place to bring back to its normal condition.
The cost of event tents may differ according to the size and the accessories. The majority of event tents are generally rented by individuals rather than purchased because these tents are very expensive to purchase and therefore rented. Event tents come with guarantee of protection from mildew, water and sun. They can withstand most weather conditions but if the area is very windy different types of heavy materials should be used to install event tents. Before renting event tents, it is important to determine if the tend requires a lot of accessories as there are additional features such as lighting and many others can be rented with the tent. For remediation process, you may need event tents with super sealing capability as your prime concern is to stop the hazardous effect of contaminated materials. Make sure to rent them from a reputed company as a good company will give you some kind of guaranty regards to quality.

This is a well-proven and popular tent. That's because it provides some amazing room for its 4 lb total pack weight. The Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight 2 is one of my favorite high speed backpacking tents for 1, maybe two people. I think one dude or dudette and maybe one "dogness" will be about its limit to be comfortable. But if you adhere to that formula expect to be comfortable within its roomy 7'4"x4'4" floor. That's 32 +7 square feet of living space in this lightweight tent, made even better by and a tall interior height for clothes changing. For such a light and windproof shelter that's a lot of room. This size to lightness ratio comes at the expense of a free-standing pitch (which would take more poles and couplings). You will need to tightly stake out the Clip Flashlight 2's floor for a good pitch. Once that's done, the setup is a snap. The fly is outstanding, extending low for maximum weather proofness and stretching tautly to repel wind and rain. It attaches via fast and secure "Jake's Foot" connectors on the perimeter and has some tightening cords too. Stake loops on the fly will help it pull away from the tent body and maximum air interchange. If properly staked out, even with the fly, the Flashlight 2 breathes exceptionally well with its mostly mesh body. Under the fly ventilation is superior due to clip-only connectors. These features prevent a muggy and condensating moisture buildup that soaks your clothes and sleeping gear. I was amazed that even in heavy ...

Sunncamp Holiday 400 Demo
Buying Suitable Event Tents
There are few things that enhance the look and professionalism of a corporate gathering or party like a high quality event tent. Whether used for shielding guests from sun, rain or cold, it's important to have a tent that is sturdy, attractive and large enough to accommodate guests. There are a few tent-types to choose from: pole tents which feature the traditional look with high-peaks, framed tents which can be large and more room-like, pop-up structures that provide quick set-up, to the newest innovation in event tents, the "igloo" type inflatable structure, available from X-Gloo. To choose the right tent, it's important to consider the use, the location and the support needed to set-up and break-down the tent.
Planned use of a special events tent is important to think about when looking to purchase and/or rent an enclosure.
If the need is for a one-time event, renting is generally the best option. In this case relying on the recommendation from a supplier based on the specifics of the need and their experience is the smartest option. In this case, traditional pole or framed tent enclosures make sense.
For ongoing use, purchasing makes the most sense. Again, the type of use is important to consider. Many corporations, clubs and universities need event tents to act as a meeting hub during events. In this case, one of the considerations is logistics. If the tent needs to accommodate a wide range of situations and terrain, a lighter more portable structure is preferable. This makes transport or shipping to the event simpler, as well as moving the structure to the final set-up location (say in the middle of a field or parking lot).
Set-up is another important consideration.
Pole-type and framed tents require specifically trained personnel to safely put up the enclosure and ensure it is properly anchored. Light enclosures like portable pop-ups and X-Gloo inflatable tents require only one or two people to set-up and are intuitively designed so no special knowledge is needed. The X-Gloo in particular is exceedingly simple to assemble. This inflatable event tent can be put up single-handedly in just minutes using either a manual or electric air pump. There are no lines or cords needed, and the structure can be staked or weighted down to provide stability in any weather.
The last consideration is signage. Most event tents also double as promotional signage to raise awareness of a brand or company name. This is another area where the X-Gloo excels. The main structure of the X-Gloo comes in a variety of colours to match or complement any logo or branding scheme. Further, the side panels of the tent can be custom printed to include any corporate, club, university or organization signage. These panels are separate from the main structure, so different panels can be printed for different event types making the X-Gloo extremely versatile.
The most versatile event tent on the market today is X-Gloo inflatable (see X-Gloo pictures for proof). The portability, ease and speed of set-up, and design possibilities make it unmatched by any other type of tent or enclosure.
